Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt butter over low heat in a pan; add olive oil and heat.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the pan.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add chopped parsley and toss with hot cooked spaghetti noodles.
  5. Top with grated cheese before serving.
