Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups instant rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can Spam
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
  2. Stir in instant rice, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper.
  3. Cook, stirring until lightly browned.
  4. Add hot water, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and prepared mustard.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Cook, stirring until thick.
  7. Add slices of Spam (or Treat) and cook for 3 minutes.
