Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can Spam
  • 18 oz. can sweet potatoes, drained
  • 8 oz. can fruit cocktail
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Arrange sweet potatoes in a baking dish.
  2. Make partial cuts in the Spam and place it in the dish.
  3. Combine fruit cocktail, cornstarch, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture over the Spam and sweet potatoes.
  5. Bake until heated through and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
