Ingredients

  • 1 layer sliced raw potatoes
  • 1/4 cup raw rice
  • 1 pound ground meat, browned
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • bacon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except tomato soup, water, and bacon into a large casserole dish.
  2. Pour tomato soup and water over the ingredients in the casserole.
  3. Top the casserole with a layer of bacon strips.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 2 hours.
