Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a large electric skillet set at 280°, combine sugar, butter, cinnamon, salt, and evaporated milk.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Turn off the heat and add miniature marshmallows, semi-sweet chocolate chips, vanilla, and chopped nuts.
  4. Stir until well blended.
  5. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch buttered pan.
  6. Cool before cutting into pieces.
