Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. m.s.g.
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. ginger

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients to make the marinade.
  2. Pour the marinade over raw spareribs.
  3. Let sit for a while to absorb flavors.
