Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, green pepper, chopped onion, catsup, horseradish, dry mustard, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 to 6 patties.
  4. Broil the patties, or place them in a greased shallow baking dish and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
