Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 3 cups whole almonds
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg white until foamy.
  2. Add the almonds to the egg white, tossing to coat evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, allspice, seasoned salt, and nutmeg.
  4. Toss the coated almonds with the spice mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread the almonds on a greased baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 1 hour, stirring occasionally if desired.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
  8. Break apart any clusters and store in an airtight container.
