Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cranberries
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash cranberries; do not dry.
  2. Cook cranberries and sugar over low heat in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add vinegar and cinnamon.
  4. Cook until cranberries pop.
  5. Transfer to jars and seal like jam.
