Ingredients

  • 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) margarine
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Line bottom of a 9 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan with wax paper. Butter the paper and dust with flour.
