Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, onion, and garlic until light brown and tender.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, catsup, oregano, and sugar.
  3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Spoon off fat.
  5. Remove from heat and add cheeses.
  6. Stir until melted and well mixed.
