Spicy Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Chickpeas, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • 18 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 18 teaspoons Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients except parsley in a small bowl and toss to fully coat.
  3. Spread chickpeas out on the baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, tossing 2-3 times.
  4. Once roasted, sprinkle with parsley and pour into a serving bowl.
