Spicy Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Chickpeas, Drained And Rinsed ⓘ
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoons Coriander ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cloves ⓘ
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper ⓘ
- 18 teaspoons Smoked Paprika ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients except parsley in a small bowl and toss to fully coat.
- Spread chickpeas out on the baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, tossing 2-3 times.
- Once roasted, sprinkle with parsley and pour into a serving bowl.
