Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. gingersnap cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, gingersnap cookie crumbs, chopped onion, eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Turn the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart loaf pan, pressing it evenly.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  5. Drain off excess drippings and let the meatloaf cool for 5 minutes in the pan.
  6. Unmold the meatloaf and top with Peach Glaze before serving.
