Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz. peach Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 large can Freestone peaches, drained
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients (peach Jell-O, sugar, cinnamon, cloves) in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 cup boiling water and mix until dissolved.
  3. Stir in 3/4 cup of peach syrup from the drained peaches.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool.
  5. Add the drained, cut-up peaches and vinegar to the cooled mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 4 to 6-cup mold.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
