Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 6 to 8 small whole potatoes
  • 4 small carrots, cut lengthwise

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops in a skillet.

  3. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until the pork chops and vegetables are tender.
