Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. potatoes
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut washed potatoes into 1-inch cubes without blotting dry.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, salt, flour, oil, paprika, and garlic in a plastic bag.
  3. Toss the potato cubes in the bag to coat them evenly.
  4. Spread the coated potatoes in one layer on a lightly greased dish or pan.
  5. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Turn the potatoes every 15 minutes during baking.
