Spicy Steaks Two Ways

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 12 4.5 oz beef steaks
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp curry paste
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine ketchup, honey, parsley, and paprika. Season then pour over 6 steaks. Set aside. Set aside for 1 hour.
  2. Combine buttermilk, lemon juice, curry paste and rosemary. Season then pour over remaining steaks. Set aside for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill. Drain steaks from marinade then grill about 7-8 mins, turning halfway through cooking and basting with marinade. Season.
