Spicy Steaks Two Ways

- Combine ketchup, honey, parsley, and paprika. Season then pour over 6 steaks. Set aside. Set aside for 1 hour.
- Combine buttermilk, lemon juice, curry paste and rosemary. Season then pour over remaining steaks. Set aside for 1 hour.
- Preheat grill. Drain steaks from marinade then grill about 7-8 mins, turning halfway through cooking and basting with marinade. Season.
