Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 small can pizza sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. In a square baking dish, layer 4 slices of bread, 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, thawed and drained spinach, pizza sauce, 2 more slices of cheese, and the remaining 4 slices of bread.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add milk and salt, then pour the mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and set.
