Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, drained
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 package crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Mix thawed and well-drained chopped spinach, drained cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
  2. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and place the crescent rolls on it, pinching the edges together to form a rectangle.
  3. Spread the spinach and cheese filling down the center of the dough and place the slices of Provolone cheese over the filling.
  4. Fold the edges of the crescent rolls over the filling to cover it.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
