Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 to 4 chopped green onions
  • French bread loaf

Instructions

  1. Mix together the defrosted and squeezed spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and chopped green onions.
  2. Scoop out the center of the French bread loaf to create a hollow space.
  3. Fill the hollowed-out bread with the spinach mixture.
  4. Arrange bread cubes around the loaf for dipping.
