Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked bulgur wheat
  • 1 None large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup radicchio
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup Greek vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Toss all ingredients together. Season.
