Ingredients

  • 1 large package spinach or broccoli
  • 8 oz. Philly cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large can French fried onion rings
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook spinach or broccoli according to package (microwave) directions.
  2. Do not overcook.
  3. Mix cooked spinach or broccoli with softened cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish.
  5. Top with French fried onion rings.
  6. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through and topping is golden, about 20 minutes.
