Spinach Crab Soup

Instructions
- Melt butter in pan.
- Add spinach and onions.
- Saute, stirring, until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in flour and mix well.
- Slowly add cream and milk, stirring constantly.
- Stir in pimentos, wine, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
- Stir in cheese and crab meat.
- Cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Stir once or twice.
- Serves 6 to 8.
