Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Combine thawed and drained frozen spinach, chopped tomatoes, chopped red pepper, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, crumbled feta cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture onto French bread slices cut into 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 18 minutes or until the bread is browned.
