Ingredients

  • 16 oz. fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 diced green onions with tops

Instructions

  1. Clean the spinach and tear into bite-size pieces.
  2. Slice the avocado, strawberries, and bananas.
  3. Add the prepared fruits and spinach to a bowl.
  4. Slice green onions with tops and add to the salad.
  5. Top with dressing and toss, or serve on the side.
