Ingredients

  • 4 peppers (red, yellow or green)
  • 2 packages frozen Stouffers spinach souffle, thawed
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Cut peppers in half lengthwise and remove the insides.
  3. Fill the pepper halves with thawed spinach souffle.
  4. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place in a buttered casserole and bake for 30 minutes.
