  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Combine everything but pastry's and 1/4 cup grated cheese. Fill pastries with mixture. Place on baking sheet. Top cups with grated cheese and bake for about 10-15 minutes; or until cheese is browned on top.
  3. Healthier Option:
  4. Use fake eggs instead
  5. Use skim milk
  6. Use low-fat cheese or skip the cheese
  7. Skip the salt and Nature's Seasoning
  8. Skip the pastries, instead spray inside of muffin tins and make frittatas instead
