Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup American cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl.
