Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 4 to 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 small dried beef, chopped
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Mix together the chopped spinach, chopped green onions, chopped dried beef, bacon bits, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Ranch dressing mix.
  2. Heat tortillas as directed.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the tortillas.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly.
  5. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
  6. Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.
