- Brown the sausage; drain.
- Place the cooked sausage in a deep pie or casserole baking dish.
- Heat the frozen spinach in the microwave until thawed.
- Drain the spinach thoroughly.
- Spread the drained spinach over the sausage in the dish.
- Top with grated Swiss and Cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, blend milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the milk mixture slowly over the top of the cheese.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the quiche rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
