- Using a medium pot, pour Puritan oil into the pot and warm it.
- Cut the onion and fry it in the oil, then add the green pepper, tomatoes, and meat or fish.
- Add the dill powder and cinnamon and stir well.
- Let all cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the frozen chopped spinach to the pot.
- Bring to a boil until the spinach is thawed and mixed with the other ingredients.
- Cook until tender, stirring constantly.
