Ingredients

  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta
  • 3 packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 lb butter

Instructions

  1. Saute the chopped onion until translucent.
  2. Stir in the flour and cook for a minute.
  3. Add the evaporated milk to the onion mixture and stir well.
  4. Add the Velveeta cheese and cook until melted and smooth.
  5. Mix in the drained cooked spinach.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in a 300°F oven for 30 minutes.
