Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 ounces crushed almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 cups nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 large package instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 small package instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, flour, and crushed almonds and mix well.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until light brown.
  4. Cool completely before assembling the layers.
  5. Prepare the chocolate pudding with cold milk as per package instructions.
  6. Spread the pudding evenly over the cooled crust.
  7. Top with nondairy whipped topping.
  8. Melt the sweet chocolate and drizzle or spread over the top as desired.
  9. Chill before serving.
