Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms
  • dash of garlic salt
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of Italian seasoning
  • 10 oz. fresh spinach
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine vegetable oil and seasonings.
  2. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the fresh spinach, cut into strips, and cover; cook about 3 minutes or until the spinach wilts.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
