  • 450 g frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 70 g butter
  • 100 g grated cheese (your favourite kind)
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  3. Bake portions of the dough in a well heated and lightly greased waffle iron until crisp and golden brown.
