Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. mild sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Thaw and drain excess water from frozen chopped spinach.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, eggs, plain flour, cottage cheese, grated Cheddar cheese, melted margarine, and salt.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until golden and set.
