Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 package Knorr Recipe Classics Spring Vegetable Soup, Dip and Recipe mix
  • 1 (9-inch) frozen deep dish pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Stir in shredded Swiss cheese, thawed and squeezed dry chopped spinach, and Knorr Spring Vegetable Soup mix.
