Ingredients

  • 1 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 c. plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine grated carrots, shredded cabbage, drained crushed pineapple, and chopped walnuts in a large bowl.
  2. Toss with plain yogurt until the mixture is well coated.
  3. Chill the slaw in the refrigerator and serve.
