Ingredients

  • 3 butternut squash
  • 1 lb. Jimmy Dean pork sausage
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the butternut squash into cubes, then boil until tender.
  2. Saute chopped onion in butter in a frying pan until translucent.
  3. Add sausage to the pan and cook until completely browned.
  4. Add the cooked squash to the sausage and onion mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
