Ingredients

  • 12 yellow squash
  • 2 onions
  • 3 pods garlic
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp crab boil
  • 2 lb crab meat
  • 1 heaping cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic, onions, bell pepper, and seasoning in butter until fragrant.
  2. Add crab meat, cooked squash, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Stir in grated cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
