Ingredients

  • 3 cups yellow squash, cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 or 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons grated onion

Instructions

  1. Mix together cooked yellow squash, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, grated raw carrots, and grated onion.
  2. Take one package of herb crumbs.
  3. Moisten the crumbs with a little hot water and a little butter.
  4. Cover the bottom of a casserole dish with the crumb mixture.
  5. Pour the squash mixture over the crumbs in the casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle additional crumbs over the top.
  7. Bake at 350°F until browned.
