Ingredients

  • 1 small package herb stuffing mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 cups cooked squash
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine and blend it with the herb stuffing mix.
  2. Mix together the cooked squash, grated carrots, chopped onions, sour cream, and undiluted cream of celery soup.
  3. Spread half of the stuffing mixture on the bottom of an oblong dish.
  4. Spread the squash mixture over the stuffing layer.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining stuffing mixture over the squash layer.
  6. Bake at 350°F until the top is browned.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
