Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked squash
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook onions in butter until softened.
  2. Mix cracker crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and cooked onions into the cooked squash.
  3. Fold in beaten eggs into the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pan.
