Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cooked yellow squash, well drained and mashed
  • 1 raw carrot
  • butter
  • Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, mashed yellow squash, and grated raw carrot together.
  2. Spray a loaf pan or dish with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing on the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add the squash mixture over the stuffing layer.
  5. Cover the squash mixture with another layer of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing.
  6. Dot the top of the casserole generously with butter.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
