Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 qt. tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
  • 2 shakes Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • spiral macaroni (about 8 oz. before cooking), cooked and drained
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef and onion; drain fat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Add cooked spiral macaroni.
  4. Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
  5. Serves 6.
