Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 large can V-8 juice
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet until the beef is cooked through and the onion is tender.
  2. Add the cooked beef and onion to a crock-pot.
  3. Pour in the large can of V-8 juice, the can of celery soup, and the can of cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Simmer in the crock-pot for several hours until flavors meld and the soup is heated through.
