Ingredients

  • 1/2-inch thick sirloin steak
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • Worcestershire powder
  • mustard powder
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Tabasco
  • 1 can beef consommé

Instructions

  1. Sear the steak in butter to seal in the juices.
  2. Generously season the steak with Worcestershire powder, mustard powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Tabasco.
  3. Add the beef consommé to the pan and pour over the steak.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
