Ingredients

  • round steak
  • 6 to 8 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 6 to 8 hot dog rolls

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 6 to 8-inch strips.
  2. Wrap each steak strip with a slice of bacon and fasten with a toothpick.
  3. Mix together mustard, pineapple juice, and brown sugar to create the glaze.
  4. Brush the glaze over the bacon-wrapped steak sticks.
  5. Grill over hot coals for about 10 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with the glaze.
