Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. broccoli
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli for 10 minutes; drain.
  2. Saute minced garlic and sliced mushrooms in 3 tablespoons water.
  3. Add the steamed broccoli and saute for 2 minutes or until crisply tender.
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
