Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef stew meat into small pieces.
  2. Combine garlic, vinegar, sugar, onion soup mix, and cream of mushroom soup in a bowl.
  3. Add the mixture to the meat and mix well.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and cover.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2.5 hours until the meat is tender.
